It’s the weekend and it’s always a good idea to curl up with a cup of tea and a classic read like a Jane Austen or Emily Bronte book. However, curling up with a good classic movie is also a good idea. I have recently been watching a few of Audrey Hepburn’s best work because let’s face it, you can’t go wrong with Audrey. Last night, I watched Roman Holiday (for the first time) and it didn’t disappoint. I don’t mean to sound cliché, but they don’t make movies like they used too. Nowadays, it’s all big budget and big stars. In the same way that we like to read classic books we should love to watch classics as well. So when the world becomes to big budget throw on an “old ” movie and put the kettle on. Sit back, relax and go on a Roman Holiday or have Breakfast at Tiffany’s because classy never goes out of style.
