I have been in education for over 25 years. As a teacher, my favorite thing to do has always been reading books to children. Reading is very organic in nature, and children learn to read by exploring their interests and engaging in stories that reflect real life experiences. With this knowledge, I began a journey of writing a children’s book series using a little bee named Bea to navigate life’s little challenges of perseverance and kindness. Join me in celebrating early literacy and little Bea Bee as she teaches the young at heart to never give up no matter how small the task may be.
