No ordinary day

15 years ago it was the first day of school and  I awoke to news of a horrible day in history. I would have to go and face 12 little faces all aglow . They would have no idea of what the day would come to mean.  But I knew, their parents knew, the country knew and the world knew. All these 12 little faces knew that day was they would start the day as strangers and end the day as friends. A lesson all of us learned that day.
